I wrote Emails to Flixbus but they don't reply. When I notified the Flixbus Customer Service the day after, I got a almost automatic answer of excuses and they truly gave me the impression they are not going to do anything for it, they simply invited me to go back travelling with Flixbus so that I could change my mind.
